Fantastic service, I’d highly recommend!

Hired Steve to inspect a house i was interested in buying, his report suggested a bunch of things that needed to be corrected and suggested there was a lot of work needed on the property. I got a very good offer so i really wanted the house but was scared at the report i received. I ended up hiring another recommended inspection company for a second opinion and to compare reports. It turns out 95% of what he reported was strictly asthetic fixes that were easy for me to address. The secondary inspector said it was an excellent buy and the house exceeded construction standards with good quality finishes. I ended up buying the house and repaired all the recommended fixes for a total of $1200. Had my house evaluated a year later and sold it for $35000 more. I wouldnt rely on this inspectors advice as he does not understand the real value of a home and if its a good buy.

Exceptional!Steve was an integral part of the purchase of our triplex. His report was very detailed, and he clearly communicated which elements/suggestions were essential vs aesthetic. He was very methodical in his approach, and observed every nook and cranny of the units - shedding additional light above and beyond the scope of a traditional inspector.Steve was also very responsive for any questions we had along the process and afterwards. Lorsque nous avons fait inspecter notre 4 plex, l'inspecteur a pris le temps de bien vérifier tous les racoins même l'entre-toit malgré la chaleur étouffante, il nous a fait des recommandations justes sans être alarmant. Le rapport a été remis dans les délais annoncé.

Steve was our inspector for our first home purchase. He was so patient by answering all of our questions and he was so helpful. He was absolutely instrumental to our successful home purchase. Inspection ultra professionnelle.
